AD5390BSTZ-5 16-Channel 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 52-Lead LQFP

The AD5390BSTZ-5 is a 16-channel, 14-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. This -5 version uses the 2.5 V on-chip reference at 10 ppm/degrees C and is specified at plus or minus 3 LSB maximum INL.

Sixteen buffered outputs are housed in a 52-lead LQFP measuring 10 mm x 10 mm, giving a leaded counterpart to the LFCSP version with the same channel count and integrated reference.
