AD5622BKSZ-2 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 6-Lead SC70

The AD5622BKSZ-2 is a single-channel, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The part is housed in a 6-lead SC70, making it one of the smallest 12-bit DACs available for space-constrained boards.

Supply current is below 100 uA, and the output amplifier swings rail to rail with the reference derived from the supply rail. A power-on reset circuit brings the output to 0 V with brownout detection, preventing glitches during supply ramps.

The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, and the fixed address option lets several converters sit on one bus. The B grade is specified at 2 LSB INL, and the AD5622BKSZ-2 is used for bias, threshold and trim functions in portable equipment.
