AD5439YRUZ Dual 10-Bit Multiplying DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 16-Lead TSSOP

The AD5439YRUZ is a dual, 10-bit, current output, multiplying digital-to-analog converter for signal processing applications requiring two independent multiplying channels. A plus or minus 10 V reference range allows four-quadrant multiplication of the input waveform.

The device runs from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply with 0.5 uA typical current consumption, and its 50 MHz serial interface supports fast code updates. Integral nonlinearity is plus or minus 0.25 LSB at 8 bits, keeping gain steps accurate.
