LTC2633ACTS8-HZ12 Dual 12-Bit I2C DAC Precision Calibration 8-Lead TSOT-23 Integrated Circuit Chip

The LTC2633ACTS8-HZ12 is a dual 12-bit voltage output digital to analog converter with an I2C compatible interface in an 8-lead TSOT-23 package. It combines two buffered outputs and a 4.096 V internal reference, which keeps the analog section small in portable and space constrained designs.

Reference accuracy is 10 ppm per degree C, and the A grade holds integral nonlinearity to plus or minus 1.5 LSB maximum over the full 12-bit code range. Noise is 0.75 mV peak to peak from 0.1 Hz to 200 kHz, and monotonic behavior is guaranteed across -40 C to +125 C.

Double-buffered latches allow both channels to be updated together or independently through the I2C bus, and the power-on reset state can be selected as zero scale, midscale or high impedance. The device operates from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and draws 0.4 mA at 3 V.

An external reference can be applied when the DACs must track a shared system reference, and the internal reference is used when board space matters more than absolute factory trimming. Both channels are specified for 12-bit monotonic operation in closed loop control.
