The AD5791ARUZ is a 20-bit voltage output digital to analog converter in a 20-Lead TSSOP package, part of the AD5791 series. It targets precision instrumentation where resolution and linearity decide the usable accuracy of the whole signal chain.

The AD5791ARUZ is offered in an A grade bin, so the integral nonlinearity stays inside the tighter limit for a 20-bit converter. Differential nonlinearity is specified over the full code range, and the output is monotonic by design. This is the linearity bin published for the AD5791.

Integrated precision reference buffers on the AD5791ARUZ remove an external buffer stage, keeping the reference path short and stable. The output settles quickly after a code change, and the 20-Lead TSSOP footprint leaves room for guard traces and thermal relief.

The AD5791ARUZ operates from supplies up to plus or minus 16.5 V, supporting wide bipolar output swings, and the 35 MHz Schmitt-triggered digital interface is compatible with 1.8 V logic. It is specified from -40 C to +125 C for instruments that must stay accurate in real environments. Interface timing for the AD5791 is specified in the manufacturer data sheet.
