AD5763CSUZ 16-Bit Voltage-Output DACs TQFP-32 Integrated Circuit Chip Digital To Analog Converters

The AD5763CSUZ is a complete dual 16-bit high accuracy digital to analog converter with a serial input and a plus or minus 5 V output span, supplied in a 32-lead TQFP. Both channels include the reference buffers, so no external amplifier is needed between the reference and the DAC core.

Output range on the AD5763CSUZ is programmable to plus or minus 4.096 V, plus or minus 4.201 V or plus or minus 4.311 V, which covers the common industrial control spans from one part number. Integral and differential linearity are both plus or minus 1 LSB maximum, so 16-bit codes are delivered without missing codes.

Noise density is 70 nV per root hertz and settling time to full scale is 10 microseconds maximum, which keeps multi-channel setpoint updates accurate in closed-loop systems. An on-chip die temperature sensor allows thermal drift to be compensated in firmware.

Output control during power-up and brownout prevents an undefined analog level from reaching an actuator, and the serial interface keeps the digital pin count low. The 32-lead TQFP outline suits dense analog cards that still need a hand-solderable package.
