AD5541BRZ Integrated Circuit Chip 16-Bit Voltage-Output DACs SOIC-8 Digital To Analog Converters

The AD5541BRZ is a 16-bit voltage output digital to analog converter with a serial input, operating from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and supplied in an 8-lead SOIC. The unbuffered output drives 60 kOhm loads directly, so no external amplifier is needed in many reference and trim circuits.

Full 16-bit performance is maintained across the 3 V and 5 V supply range, with 1 microsecond settling time and low glitch of 1.1 nV-s, which keeps the output clean when codes change inside a control loop. Power dissipation is only 0.625 mW.

The SPI, QSPI and MICROWIRE compatible serial interface lets the AD5541BRZ share a bus with other converters and logic, and power-on reset clears the output to 0 V in unipolar mode, so a system always starts from a known level.

A 5 kV HBM ESD classification supports handling through manufacturing, and the 8-lead SOIC body is straightforward to inspect and rework on mixed analog and digital boards.

The AD5541BRZ is RoHS compliant and lead free, and every order ships with full traceability. Samples and volume pricing are available on request.
