AD5293BRUZ-50 Digital Potentiometer SPI TSSOP-14 Integrated Circuit Chip

The AD5293BRUZ-50 is a single-channel, 1024-position digital potentiometer in a TSSOP-14 package that performs the same adjustment function as a mechanical trimmer, with higher resolution and solid state reliability. Wiper position is written and read back over an SPI-compatible interface.

End-to-end resistance is 50 kilohm with a calibrated tolerance within plus or minus 1 percent, so divider and gain circuits can be built without individual trimming. Rheostat mode temperature coefficient is 35 ppm per degree C, and 5 ppm per degree C in voltage divider mode.

The analog supply range covers +9 V to +33 V single supply or plus or minus 9 V to plus or minus 16.5 V dual supply, which suits industrial signal chains well above the usual 5 V logic-level digipot limit.

The wiper setting is volatile with no internal memory, so the host rewrites the position at power-up. Adjustment over the bus is unlimited and the calibrated resistance tolerance removes per-board trimming steps from production.

Specified from -40 to +105 degree C, the AD5293BRUZ-50 is RoHS compliant and lead free and ships with full traceability. Samples and volume pricing are available on request.
