AD7376ARWZ100 High Voltage Digital Potentiometer SOIC-16W Integrated Circuit Chip

The AD7376ARWZ100 is a 128-position high voltage digital potentiometer in a SOIC-16W package, usable as a programmable resistor or as a resistor divider. It replaces a mechanical trimmer with solid state control and adds closed-loop dynamic adjustability to the signal path.

End-to-end resistance is 100 kilohm. The device operates from 20 V to 30 V single supply or plus or minus 10 V to plus or minus 15 V dual supply, which places it directly in high voltage analog chains such as programmable supplies and actuator drivers.

Distortion is low at 0.006 percent typical, so the part can be used in audio and precision signal paths as well as in dc calibration circuits.

Sleep-mode programmability allows the preset to be written while the device is shut down and applied on activation, giving a low cost alternative to external EEPROM for storing a start-up setting. Shutdown current stays below 1 microamp.
