ADG3308BCPZ Eight Channel Bidirectional Voltage Level Translator LFCSP-20 Integrated Circuit Chip

The ADG3308 is an eight-channel bidirectional logic level translator in a LFCSP-20 package, designed for multi-voltage digital systems where a low voltage controller has to exchange data with higher voltage devices.

The voltage on VCCA sets the logic levels on the A side and VCCY sets the levels on the Y side, and translation works in both directions without any external direction pin.

A single EN pin puts both sides into a high impedance state when pulled low, which allows a board or bus segment to be isolated during test or power sequencing.

Operating from 1.15 V to 5.5 V with quiescent current below 1 microamp, the part covers the supply combinations used by modern DSPs, microcontrollers, FPGAs and peripheral devices.
