HMC958LC5 Integrated Circuit Chip 14Gbps 4 to 1 Digital Selector Multiplexer IC, 32-Lead LFCSP

The HMC958LC5 is a 4 to 1 selector that supports data rates up to 14Gbps and selector port operation up to 14GHz, routing the selected input to the output when the appropriate select port is asserted.

Differential inputs and outputs are CML, terminated on chip with 50 ohm to the positive supply, and may be DC or AC coupled, which keeps board layout simple on high speed channels.

Typical power consumption is 294 mW, propagation delay is about 121 ps, and rise and fall times are around 17ps, so the part adds little jitter to a 14Gbps eye.
