LT3669HUFD-2 Integrated Circuit Chip IO-Link Transceiver with 300mA Buck Regulator, 28-Lead QFN

The LT3669HUFD-2 is an industrial transceiver that combines an IO-Link (COM1/COM2/COM3) compatible physical layer with a step down switching regulator and a low dropout linear regulator, so a remote IO or sensor node can be built from one device.

The cable interface is protected to ±60V and the part operates from 7.5V to 40V. The integrated step down regulator delivers up to 300 mA with output voltage from 0.8V to 16V, and switching frequency is adjustable and synchronizable from 250kHz to 2.2MHz so the converter can be kept clear of the IO-Link band.

A 150mA LDO linear regulator provides a quiet rail for the sensor front end. The rugged line drivers have adjustable slew rate and current limit, can be configured as push-pull, pull-up or pull-down, and an adaptive line driver pulsing scheme switches heavy loads safely.

An adjustable power on reset timer and wake up detect complete the device, which is specified over -40°C to 150°C (H grade) and supplied in a 28-Lead QFN package.
