ADUM3470ARSZ Quad Isolated PWM Controller 1Mbps, 20-Lead SSOP

The ADUM3470ARSZ combines a quad channel digital isolator with an isolated PWM controller and transformer driver, so a regulated isolated supply and four isolated signal channels come from one package.

The DC/DC converter delivers up to 2W of regulated isolated power from 3.3V or 24V, with an adjustable output from 3.3V to 24V and about 70% efficiency at a guaranteed 400mA load on a 5V output. Oscillator frequency is adjustable from 200kHz to 1MHz, with soft start at power-up, pulse by pulse overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown.

Signal channels pass DC to 1Mbps NRZ data with common mode transient immunity above 25kV/us. The barrier is rated 2500V rms for one minute under UL 1577, with V-IORM 560V peak under DIN EN IEC 60747-17 (VDE 0884-17).

The ADUM3470ARSZ operates to 105°C maximum and is supplied in a 20-Lead SSOP package. Every order ships as new stock with full traceability, RoHS compliant and lead free.
