The HMC820LP6CETR is a fully functional Fractional-N Phase-Locked-Loop (PLL) Frequency Synthesizer with an Integrated Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO). This advanced synthesizer features an integrated low-noise VCO with triband output, autocalibration subsystem for low voltage VCO tuning, digital phase detector, precision-controlled charge pump, low-noise reference path divider, and fractional divider.
