The VI4320 is a sophisticated single photon image sensor that integrates a 16K pixel (64 rows * 256 columns) SPAD detector array with advanced 3D imaging circuitry. Utilizing single photon detection and direct time-of-flight (dToF) technology developed by visionICs, this sensor delivers centimeter-accurate 3D point cloud data and depth maps without requiring external ISP assistance. This System-on-Chip provides an efficient, cost-effective solution for solid-state LiDAR and 3D imaging applications.
