Product Description Of SIF7010
SIF7010 is a 3D direct Time-of-Fight (ToF) imaging sensor.
The SIF7010 employs industry-leading 3D stacked technology, offering compact dimensions, low cost and minimal power consumption. It enables superior all-scenario auto-focus, portrait mode with background blur, cinematic mode and other imaging capabilities, while facilitating scene modelling and HeTu-like AR/VR applications.

Within dToF sensors, SPAD pixels function as detectors, acquiring distance information by measuring the time-of-flight of light emitted from a source, reflected off an object, and returning to the sensor. The SIF7010 integrates a proprietary high-PDP SPAD imaging array, a high-performance TDC, and a low-power DSP.

Additionally, the SIF7010 features 1,200 imaging points (40×30 pixels), a maximum measurement range of 5 metres, depth accuracy of 1%, high interference resistance, and system power consumption below 200mA. It is widely applicable for multi-zone autofocus, SLAM, gesture control, and similar applications.
