MPQ6547AGLE-AEC1 Integrated Circuit Chip 4V To 30V 1.5A Three-Phase Brushless DC Motor Driver

The MPQ6547AGLE-AEC1 is a three-phase, brushless DC (BLDC) motor driver that integrates three half-bridges, consisting of six N-channel Power MOSFETs, along with pre-drivers and gate drive power supplies.

This device can deliver up to 1.5A of continuous current depending on thermal and PCB conditions, with an adjustable over-current protection (OCP) threshold. It uses an internal charge pump to generate the gate drive supply voltage for the high-side MOSFETs (HS-FETs), and a trickle charge circuit that maintains sufficient gate drive voltage to operate at 100% duty cycle.

The MPQ6547AGLE-AEC1 features unique independent ground pins for each half-bridge, enabling current measurement through an external shunt resistor for different application requirements. Internal safety features include thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and OCP.

Available in a QFN-18 (3mmx4mm) package, this device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
