Product Overview
The LEOAD128P-D is a low-power, multiplexed 8-input pure CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter specified for conversion rates from 50 ksps to 1 Msps. The architecture utilizes a successive-approximation register with internal track-and-hold. Output serial data is straight binary and compatible with SPI™.
Operating with analog and digital power supplies from 2.7V to 3.6V, this device draws maximum current consumption of only 2 mA. It functions across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is housed in a plastic TSSOP-20 package with 20 leads, featuring golden bonding and nickel/palladium/golden-lead-finishing to prevent whisker formation.
Compliant with the ST-LEO-specification for space-ready rad-hard plastic products, this AEC-Q100-based specification offers an optimal balance between footprint size savings, cost of ownership, quality assurance, radiation hardness, and large quantity capability.
