Product Overview
The AWS-0105 is a highly integrated silicon quad core IC designed for radar and 5G phased array applications. This device supports four radiating elements with single beam transmit and receive capabilities, featuring comprehensive beam steering controls including 6-bit phase and gain control for precise beam steering and shaping.
When paired with the AWMF-0106 X-Band Front End IC, the AWS-0105 provides a plug-and-play antenna solution that significantly reduces SWaP-C (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) for high power AESA radars. The BFIC features direct SPI programming of gain and phase, with daisy chain SPI control capability between multiple ICs, and operates from a single positive power supply.
