The AWMF-0144 is a highly integrated silicon quad core Tx IC designed for 5G phased array applications. This advanced device supports four radiating elements and incorporates 5-bit phase control and 5-bit gain control for precise analog RF beam steering.
Product Overview
The AWMF-0144 includes comprehensive features such as gain compensation over temperature, temperature reporting, Tx power telemetry, and fast beam switching utilizing on-chip beam weight storage registers. Engineered with ESD protection on all pins, the device operates from +1.8V and 2.5V power supplies and is packaged in a WLCSP (wafer level chip scale package) for simplified flip chip installation in planar phased array antennas.
