600mA PowerSoC Step-Down DC-DC Switching Converter With Integrated Inductor
The EP5358HUI (x = L or H) is rated for up to 600mA of continuous output current. This advanced PowerSoC solution integrates MOSFET switches, control circuitry, compensation, and magnetics in a compact 2.5mm x 2.25mm micro-QFN package.
Integrated magnetics technology enables a tiny solution footprint, low output ripple, minimal part count, and high reliability while maintaining exceptional efficiency. The complete solution can be implemented in as little as 14mm².
The EP5358HUI features a 3-pin VID for easy output voltage selection, with voltage settings available in two optimized ranges for typical VOUT configurations. VID pins can be changed on-the-fly for fast dynamic voltage scaling, with the option to use an external voltage divider. This makes it an ideal solution for noise-sensitive and space-constrained applications requiring high efficiency.
