The TPS54331DDAR is a 28V, 3A non-synchronous buck converter that integrates a low R_DS(on) high-side MOSFET. To increase efficiency at light loads, a pulse skipping Eco-mode feature is automatically activated. The 1-µA shutdown supply-current makes this device suitable for battery-powered applications.
