Product Overview
The TPS54560BDDAR is a 60-V, 5-A step-down regulator featuring an integrated high-side MOSFET. Utilizing current-mode control, it offers simple external compensation and flexible component selection. The low-ripple pulse-skip mode reduces no-load supply current to 146 µA, while shutdown supply current drops to 2 µA when the EN (enable) pin is pulled low.
