The TDA22590 is an OptiMOS™ 90A integrated power stage offering best-in-class efficiency and thermal performance. This integrated power-stage combines a low quiescent current synchronous buck gate-driver IC with control and synchronous MOSFETs in a compact 4mm x 6mm package. The optimized gate driver and MOSFET pairing enables higher efficiency at lower output voltages required by advanced CPU, GPU, FPGA and DDR memory designs.
