Product Description Of VND5E006ASPTR

VND5E006ASPTR is a VIPower™ M0-5 double channel high-side driver and housed in PowerSO-16 package. The device is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads, and to provide protection and diagnostics. They also implement a 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interface for the use with any microcontroller.
