Product Description Of IKW75N65SS5

IKW75N65SS5 is a CoolSiC™ hybrid discrete device, It integrates a TRENCHSTOP™ 5 S5 IGBT with a 6th-generation full-rated-current CoolSiC™ Schottky diode within a single TO-247-3 package, specifically designed for 10 kHz–40 kHz hard-switching topologies. It significantly reduces switching losses whilst maintaining low conduction losses, and is easy to incorporate into designs.
