IMX927-AMB CMOS Image Sensor with 105 M Effective Pixels, Global Shutter Function, and Square Pixel Array for Monochrome Cameras

The IMX927-AMB is a diagonal 39.7 mm (Type 2.5) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor with a square pixel array and 105 M effective pixels. This chip features a global shutter with variable charge-integration time and operates with 3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V quadruple power supply. It achieves high sensitivity and low dark current characteristics.
