LTC4364IS-2 Integrated Circuit Chip Humanoid Robot Chips SO-16 Surge Stopper IC With Ideal Diode Controller

The LTC4364IS-2 is a surge stopper integrated circuit that integrates an ideal diode controller for comprehensive power rail protection of humanoid robots. It operates over a wide 4V to 80V input voltage range and suppresses voltage surges exceeding 80V via built-in VCC clamping.

The LTC4364IS-2 monitors overvoltage and undervoltage conditions with 1% precision reference, and latches off the external N-channel MOSFET permanently once faults are triggered. It delivers robust reverse polarity protection up to -40V input and -20V output, preventing damage from battery reverse connection during humanoid robot assembly and battery replacement.
