Product Description

The LTC4364CDE-2 is a 4V to 80V wide-voltage surge suppression protection IC that integrates ideal diode control. It utilizes an external NMOS transistor to achieve active voltage clamping and features automatic retry upon fault (exclusive to the -2 variant). Housed in a compact 4×3mm 14DFN package, it is suitable for power supply protection applications within the compact chassis of humanoid robots.
