LTC4364CMS-2 Integrated Circuit Chip General Purpose Surge Stopper With Ideal Diode In MSOP-16 Package

The LTC4364CMS-2 is a wide-voltage, general-purpose surge suppression protection IC with integrated ideal diode control, designed for use in the power supply chains of humanoid robots. It supports a wide voltage range of 4-80V, withstands high-voltage surges, and features built-in overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent protection, as well as comprehensive protection against both forward and reverse directions.

The ideal diode features an extremely low forward voltage drop, maintaining the load voltage during power-off voltage drops. It automatically retries after a fault following a delay. The compact MSOP package is suited to the robot's compact chassis, protecting servos, the main controller and sensors from voltage surges and back-feed damage caused by motor start-stop cycles and cable disturbances.
