LTC4364HDE-1 Integrated Circuit Chip Single-Channel Automotive Surge Stopper With Ideal Diode
LTC4364HDE-1 is an automotive-grade surge suppression IC with ideal diode control, specifically designed for battery-powered humanoid robots. It suppresses high-voltage surges caused by motor start-up and stop-up, and protects against reverse polarity and reverse current. Its low conduction loss balances battery life and heat dissipation, whilst its wide temperature range and compact package are suited to the robot's confined chassis, providing comprehensive protection for precision loads such as servos, main controllers and vision sensors.
