LT80605AAFOAH 5.5A Synchronous Buck Step-Down Regulator with 70V Transient-Input Tolerance and 9μA Quiescent Current for Humanoid Robots

LT80605AAFOAH is a 5.5A synchronous buck Silent Switcher regulator with a quiescent current of just 9μA. This point-of-load buck power supply chip is specifically designed for 48V lithium-ion battery systems in humanoid robots, providing clean, low-voltage power to the robot's main controller, vision system, IMU, and communication modules.

The LT80605AAFOAH features a SYNC/MODE pin that selects among Burst Mode, pulse skipping, or forced continuous mode (FCM), and also allows synchronization to an external clock. Soft-start and tracking functionality are accessed through the TR/SS pin.
