LTC4364HMS-1 Integrated Circuit Chip General Purpose Surge Stopper With Ideal Diode 16-MSOP
LTC4364HMS-1 is an automotive-grade active surge suppressor with an ideal diode controller. It features wide-voltage surge clamping, reverse connection protection and overcurrent shutdown capabilities, combined with low power dissipation and a compact package. It provides comprehensive protection for the power bus, servos and main control modules of humanoid robots against power supply faults such as motor transients, battery reverse connection and voltage sags.
