LTC4364IMS-1 Integrated Circuit Chip 4V To 80V Surge Stopper With Ideal Diode For Humanoid Robots
Product Description

LTC4364IMS-1 is a general-purpose surge suppressor in an MSOP16 package that integrates ideal diode control and is compatible with a wide supply voltage range of 4-80V. It actively clamps high-voltage surges and provides overvoltage, undervoltage and current-limiting protection, locking out the output following a fault.

When paired with an external MOSFET in place of a Schottky diode, it offers low conduction losses and -40V reverse-voltage protection. Suitable for battery-powered humanoid robots and multi-channel power supplies such as joint drives, it resolves voltage spikes and reverse current issues caused by motion start-stop cycles and cable disturbances, ensuring the stable operation of precision loads such as main controllers and servo motors.
