LTC4364HS-2 Integrated Circuit Chip General Purpose 750uA Surge Stopper With Ideal Diode

The LTC4364HS-2 is an automotive-grade general-purpose surge suppressor IC that integrates ideal diode control. It operates over a wide voltage range of 4-80V, withstands high-voltage surges exceeding 80V, and supports adjustable output clamping, bidirectional reverse-connection protection, timed overcurrent shutdown and under-voltage protection.

It features automatic retry with a low duty cycle following a fault, operates stably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and is suitable for humanoid robot power supplies, multi-motor drives and redundant power supply circuits. It can withstand motor start-stop surges and power supply transients, maintains short-term power to the downstream control board during input power loss, and automatically isolates and recovers from short-circuit and overvoltage conditions, significantly enhancing the overall power supply reliability of the robot.
