LTC4364IDE-1 is an automotive-grade general-purpose surge suppressor IC that integrates ideal diode control. It supports a wide input voltage range of 4-80 V and can withstand high-voltage surges, reverse polarity, undervoltage drops and overcurrent short circuits. It utilizes an external MOSFET to achieve an ultra-low-loss path, maintains power to the downstream circuit during input power loss, and provides lockout protection following a fault.

Suitable for motor drivers, main control power supplies and sensor circuits in humanoid robots, it protects against voltage spikes caused by motion start-stop cycles, cable reverse connections and transient voltage drops, ensuring a stable and reliable power supply for the entire robot system.
