H5AN8G8NDJR-XNC, an 8Gb DDR4 ETT memory chip, is a cost-effective and highly stable general-purpose memory chip designed specifically to meet the caching and data processing requirements of mid- to high-end devices. Thanks to its precise parameter optimisation and reliable performance, it is widely compatible with a range of applications across sectors such as consumer electronics, industrial control and automotive electronics, serving as the core storage medium that connects end devices with data processing systems.

  • Fully differential clock inputs (CK, CK) operation
  • Differential Data Strobe (DQS, DQS)
  • On chip DLL align DQ, DQS and DQS transition with CK transition
  • DM masks write data-in at the both rising and falling edges of the data strobe
  • All addresses and control inputs except data, data strobes and data masks latched on the rising edges of the clock
