The INA700 is a digital power monitor featuring an integrated shunt resistor and a 16-bit delta-sigma ADC specifically designed for current sensing applications. The device measures full-scale currents up to ±15.728A across a common-mode voltage range of -0.3V to +40V.

The INA700 reports current, bus voltage, die temperature, power, energy, and charge accumulation with a precision ±0.5% integrated oscillator, performing all necessary calculations in the background. The integrated temperature sensor provides ±3°C accuracy over the junction temperature range.
