IMX422LQJ Sensor IC 2 Megapixels Global Shutter CMOS Image Sensor with Pregius Technology

IMX422 is an active-pixel CMOS solid-state image sensor with a diagonal of 9.2 mm (1/1.7 inch) and 2.03 million effective pixels. Through the use of the proprietary Pregius technology, it achieves high-speed, distortion-free imaging and high image quality. The IMX422 utilises a global shutter mode with variable charge integration time and is characterised by low power consumption, high sensitivity, low dark current and low PLS, making it suitable for factory automation cameras and intelligent transport system cameras.
