TPS7A6650QDGNRQ1 Automotive 150mA 40V Low-Dropout Voltage Regulator Integrated Circuit Chip with Power Good

TPS7A6650 is low-dropout linear regulators designed for up to 40-V Vin operations. With only 12-µA quiescent current at no load, they are quite suitable for standby microprocessor control-unit systems, especially in automotive applications.
