The DS90LV001 LVDS-LVDS Buffer accepts an LVDS input signal and provides an LVDS output signal. In large systems where signals are distributed across backplanes, system speed is often limited by "stub length"—the distance between the transmission line and unterminated receivers on individual cards. While minimizing this distance is ideal for performance, practical packaging constraints often make achieving optimal stub lengths challenging.
