The SGM6603 is a constant frequency, current mode, synchronous boost switching regulator featuring an input voltage range from 0.9V to 5.5V and adjustable output voltage up to 5.5V. This device also offers 3.3V and 5.0V fixed output versions.
High switching frequency minimizes inductor and capacitor sizes, while integrated power MOSFETs and internal compensation enable compact, simple-to-use solutions. The SGM6603 enters power-save mode at light loads to maintain high efficiency and includes anti-ringing control circuitry to reduce EMI concerns.
True output disconnection allows VOUT to reach 0V during shutdown without drawing current from the input source.
