TPS54678RTER Integrated Circuit Chip SWIFT Converter with 6A Output Current 2.95V to 6V Input and Hiccup Current Limit

The TPS54678 device is a full-featured 6-V, 6-A, synchronous step-down current mode converter with two integrated MOSFETs. This integrated circuit enables small designs by incorporating MOSFETs, implementing current mode control to reduce external component count, allowing higher switching frequencies up to 2-MHz for smaller inductors, and featuring a compact 3-mm × 3-mm thermally enhanced WQFN package.

The TPS54678 provides accurate regulation for various loads with a precise ±1% voltage reference (VREF) over temperature ranges.
