ASM1153 is a single-chip solution that bridges USB3.2 Gen1 to Serial SATA host interface with highly integrated SuperSpeed USB3.0, High Speed USB2.0 and SATA1.5/3.0 Gbps PHYs. This chip offers excellent compatibility with USB3.0 host and SATA devices while using advanced process technology to optimize power consumption. It is pin-to-pin backward compatible with existing ASM1053.

The ASM1153 integrates an 8-bit microprocessor and embedded RAM, providing a cutting-edge solution for the USB to SATA device enclosure market, enabling customers to easily enhance their storage device performance.
