Product Description Of MP87297

The MP87297 is a monolithic half-bridge with built-in internal power MOSFETs and gate drivers. It achieves up to 100A of continuous output current (IOUT) across a wide input supply voltage (VIN) range, operating from 100kHz to 1.5MHz.

This device offers comprehensive features to simplify system design. It works with tri-state pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal controllers and includes Accu-Sense™ current-sensing and temperature-sensing to monitor inductor current (IL) and report junction temperature (TJ), respectively.

The MP87297 is ideal for server applications where efficiency and compact size are critical. Available in a TLGA-34 (4mm x 6mm) package.
