TDA38641 is an easy-to-use, fully integrated, highly efficient 40A OptiMOS™ IPOL synchronous buck regulator with pin programmability and SVID. A proprietary fast COT engine enables fast transient response and reduces board footprint. TDA38641 offers best-in-class efficiency using OptiMOS™ FETs, optimized for low-voltage high-current applications. Extensive protection features provide system-level security under fault conditions.
