The Q48SC12042 is a quarter-brick, 36–75 V input, single 12 V output, full digital control DC/DC converter. It provides up to 500 watts of power from a 36–75 V input in an industry-standard, DOSA-compliant footprint and pinout.

The Q48SC12042 achieves more than 95.0% efficiency at 48 V input, 12 V output and 42 A load. A built-in digital PWM controller in the Q48SC12042 series completes the Vo feedback, PWM signal generation, droop current sharing, fault protection, output voltage trim, on/off control and PMBUS communications, among other functions. Digital control delivers greater design and application flexibility along with advanced performance and reliability.
