T31SN24005NNFA Integrated Circuit Chip 100W Single Output Non-Isolated DC/DC Power Module

The T31SN24005 is a Delta DOSA-standard 1/32-brick non-isolated DC/DC power module delivering a rated power of 100W. It features an input voltage range of 9–53 VDC, an adjustable output voltage of 5–30 V, a maximum output current of 4.5 A, and a peak conversion efficiency of up to 98%. The module supports remote enable, output voltage fine-tuning, and remote voltage sampling. It has no minimum load requirement and operates reliably within a temperature range of −40°C to +85°C.

The T31SN24005NNFA is available in multiple configurations, including open-frame, potted, flanged, and through-hole or surface-mount packages, all within a compact footprint of 19.1 × 23.4 × 9.6 mm.
