The BSC059N04LS6 is the sixth-generation OptiMOS™ 6 series 40V N-channel power MOSFET from Infineon, featuring an advanced SuperSO8 (PG-TDSON-8) package, optimised for high-efficiency, high-power-density applications. The BSC059N04LS6 features extremely low on-resistance (RDS(on)) and gate charge (Qg), significantly reducing switching losses, making it ideal for applications such as synchronous rectification, motor drives, and fast-charging power supplies.
The BSC059N04LS6 employs Infineon's latest OptiMOS™ 6 process, achieving a 30% reduction in RDS(on) and a 29% improvement in figure of merit (FOM) compared to previous-generation products, delivering outstanding performance in server power supplies, automotive electronics, and industrial equipment.
