Product Overview
The FS32K118LFT0VLFR automotive general-purpose MCU is a scalable 32-bit microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex®-M0 architecture. Available in single-core, dual-core, and lockstep core configurations, this MCU supports ASIL B/D safety applications. It incorporates a hardware security engine with firmware, supports over-the-air firmware updates, and provides free ISO 26262-compliant real-time drivers for both AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR applications.

  • Operating temperature range: -40 °C to 105 °C in HSRUN mode, -40 °C to 150 °C in RUN mode
  • Arm™ Cortex-M4F/M0+ core, 32-bit CPU
  • Supports up to 112 MHz frequency, delivering 1.25 Dhrystone MIPS per MHz
  • Arm core based on Armv7 architecture and Thumb®-2 ISA
  • Integrated digital signal processor
  • Configurable nested vector interrupt controller
  • Single-precision floating-point unit
  • Clock interfaces:
    • 4-40 MHz fast external oscillator (SOSC)
